Joel Gichimu, Project Director
Qs. Gichimu is the founding partner of Horizon Lines Consultants. He has over 10 years post graduation experience and 8 years post registration experience in the construction the industry. He has varied experience in busy and well established firms in the private sector where he has gained invaluable knowledge in various aspects of running building projects. He has attended numerous technical trainings / seminars/conferences/and is an active member of the professional organization Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) where he serves in the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Training committee.
Rudolf Mwangi, Project Quantity Surveyor
Qs. Mwangi has 9 years’ post-graduation experience and is currently a Quantity Surveyor in charge of operations, training as well ensuring that the firm keeps abreast with the technological developments within the profession. His proficiency in Computer software including the Quantity Surveyor package, Win Qs, Vector, and AutoCAD and special ISO 90001 training attained from Quality Master International, goes a long way in ensuring that our clients get only the best of product from the firm. He has 10 years post qualification experience in busy and well established
firms in the private sector where has he gained invaluable knowledge in various aspects of running, building projects including Office Blocks, Institutional Facilities and others. Added skills gained from site management in different regions gives him additional skills in tackling challenges in construction management filed.
Edward Nyanumba Ochego, Project Manager
Qs. Edward has over 11 year’s post-graduation experience and is currently a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager in the firm. He has varied experience in busy and well established firms in the private sector where he has gained invaluable knowledge in various aspects of running building projects.
Elias Kirimi Mwiti, Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Mr. Elias Kirimi has two (2) years experience as a graduate Quantity Surveyor and is currently studying for Board of Registration for Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) registration exams. He is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (I.Q.S.K).
Maureen Njeri, Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Maureen possesses three years of rich post – graduate experience in the built industry in quantity surveying practice. She is confident, self-driven, analytical and hardworking professional with practical hands –on approach who is always determined to achieve the best results and meet set objectives. He highly esteem quality results and therefore always ready to learn new skills. She is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (I.Q.S.K).
